  Hi Rob,

  Got around to listening to your podcast about your “growth experiences.” I like your raw honesty. It isn’t that form of macho strength that we learned as kids, and learned to pretend was strength in the military. (5 years Navy myself)

  Being vulnerable to expose the honest emotions of our humanity is actually much more courageous than anything I did in the military.

  Thanks for your courage to challenge your fear and be honest and authentic.

  If you liked don Miguel Ruiz’s book, The Four Agreements, I suggest you read his book, “The Voice of Knowledge.” I personally like it better. I think it is more powerful.
