A true mentor is one of a unique relationship. Many times we confuse Coaches, Teachers, or Advisors as “Mentors”. Although they are important and modeling after someone or learning to follow in the footsteps of another person is successful, they simply are not in a true Mentor Relationship. Listen in as we consider a simple illustration to put everyone in your zone of influence into perspective. Then ask yourself if the person you call your Mentor, really is a true Mentor.
