The day has finally come.  We go to work today.  I started this project on 7 Apr 06 from an idea created by myself and two colleagues, Jim and Mike.  I want to personally thank each of them for their ideas, questions, and most of all, your support.

“So what is myPodMentor.com about?”  I am asked that question every time I tell someone about the site.  In short, it’s a web site and podcast about Mentoring.  The next question is often “What are you going to talk about?”  Well, everything “Mentoring” and much more.  Our Master Mind of Mentors and I are going to cover the history of Mentorship, how to find a Mentor, the Mentor Relationship, Do’s and Don’t of Mentoring, etc.  We are also going to talk a lot about Success to include tips, suggestions, and techniques.  Check out this list of upcoming topics:

I’ve shared the site and our project with several people who have been watching a waiting for this day. Well, here we are, so let’s get it going now.

First, you will want to subscribe to the blog. To do that, simply click on the Blog Subscription button powered by Feed Burner… or click here. When you do, a new browser window will open to our Feed Burner Syndication Site where you will have several Blog Reader options to choose from. Simply click on the button for you favorite reader. If you don’t have one, I will be posting a future article soon with my Feed Reader recommendations and instructions to get setup.

Finally, add a comment and interact with the blog posts. To do that, just click on the “Add Comment” link in the footer bar of every post. From there, it’s pretty intuitive. The first person who subscribes and adds a comment stating “I’m the first subscriber!” will be our first “Official Subscriber”.
